The client was in the process of carving-out his mobile phone passive infrastructure and negotiating the sale to these with the infrastructure fund.
Result/conclusion
Our team was engaged to support in the organisation of the closing (day 1 preparation). Together with the Corporate M&A department of the client we formed the Day 1 readiness PMO and successfully organised in numerous workstreams with over 50 different participants the technical and legal transfer of the assets and the execution of the service level agreements and transitional service agreements.
The project management was completely organised in virtual discussions and telephone calls.
