Solution & result

Approach

We were provided with detailed annual and quarterly reports and bank reporting documents from the supplier.

We focused our analyses on the net financial position, the liquidity forecasts, the underlying profitability and the structure of the shareholders.

Result/conclusion

We presented our findings and conclusions in a short and focused report and discussed the results with the client in different update meetings. In addition, we summarised the results in the board update format of the client.
