Ready for the future
REORGANISATION OF A COMMUNAL SERVICE PROVIDER | In this project, a municipal real estate service provider faced various challenges: historically grown structures had led to inefficient processes.
There was a great deal of uncertainty within the company as to whether the various IT systems and modules still accurately depicted the business processes and provided reliable figures for controlling the company – especially with regard to massive, unexplained deviations between planned and actual figures. This was mainly due to parallel operational process changes, IT system launches, customer portfolio changes and staff fluctuation. It was therefore necessary to check the figures in the system landscape, make appropriate adjustments in the systems or allocations and restore confidence in the reported figures from controlling within management.
Hypothesis-driven analysis of all possible influencing factors and potential sources of error. Workshops, interviews, analyses and process recordings for the identification of deficits in the settings or the application of IT systems, clarification of business management issues and development of operational improvement measures.
Achievement of transparency about the current business situation and clarity about the reasons for the budget/actual deviation. Comprehensive proposals to facilitate future business management analyses and reduce identified sources of error both in dealing with the figures and in setting up and using the IT systems.

ACCOMPANYING A FINANCIAL INVESTOR IN THE PURCHASE OF A COMPANY | Finding innovative solutions involving the interests of the seller and the main creditor or supplier in a restructuring environment
IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ADVISORY BOARD OF ENTREPRENEURS/MANAGERS FROM THE VALETIS NETWORK | Entrepreneurs and managers are often “lonely tops” in the double sense of the word, open feedback is rare, the discussion partners are usually not independent or too far away from the complex problems of everyday professional life.
DEVELOPMENT OF MEASURES FOR TRANSPARENT COMPANY TAXATION | Due to personnel changes and bottlenecks in resources, business developments had become confusing over the years.
MERGER OF TWO LONG-ESTABLISHED COMPANIES | The challenge in this M&A project lay particularly in the industry itself.
FOLLOW-UP RESEARCH FOR A WATER DAMAGE REPAIRER | The two founders have built up the fire and water damage restoration company from its foundation to over 70 employees in recent years.
